At Shop Gusto 54 we want you to love your purchase just as much as we loved curating it for you. Please read below to learn about our return and exchange policy:
If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to provide you with a refund or exchange for store credit within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in its original packaging. Gusto 54 holds the right to deny credit notes if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. Please note that gift cards are non-refundable.
To complete your return please follow these steps:
1) Contact us at email@example.com and let us know for which item(s) you'd like a refund and why. Please also be sure to send along a copy of your receipt.
2) Please return your item to Gusto 54 using one of the following options:
- Return your item by mail to the following address:

*Please note that if you are returning your item by mail that shipping costs will be handled as followed:
- For items shipping within the Greater Toronto Area, we will cover up to $10 in shipping costs. Any additional costs will not be paid by Gusto 54, and will be incurred by the sender. To receive your shipping credit, email firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of your receipt, the name of the item, the name of the purchaser and their address.
- For items shipping nationally across Canada, we will cover up to $15 in shipping costs. Any additional costs will not be paid by Gusto 54, and will be incurred by the sender. To receive your shipping credit, email email@example.com with a photo of your receipt, the name of the item, the name of the purchaser and their address.
3) Once your item is received and we see that it’s in proper condition, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and that your refund will be processed. A credit will then automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you mailed your item back to us, we will issue a shipping refund for the appropriate amount upon receiving the shipping receipt. If you choose to drop your item off at one of the locations listed above, please be sure to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm that you will be stopping by.
Refunds may be issued up to 48 hours before the event date.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you'd like to exchange your item, please contact us at email@example.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
